Customer Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days before the date of the start of the agreed activity. You will be refunded automatically for the total cost of the activity.Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the date of the start of the agreed activity. You have the right to a refund of 50%.
Cancellation 7 days or later there will be no refunds.
Cancellation by the company
If the activity is cancelled by the company (due to weather, higher power, etc.) the price of your activity will be refunded to you in its entirety.Our company does not have any other compensation obligation besides the above.
